A critical project for the City, the primary purpose of the creek and associated levee relocation was to reduce the potential for flooding in the City of Arcadia. We provided preliminary planning and flood study, permit application filing, block-grant funding assistance, design, and construction inspection services. This project required a significant amount of coordination with multiple agencies, including the WDNR, USACE, Trempealeau County, City of Arcadia, and Town of Arcadia.
