The City of Alma, WI is in the first phase of addressing a stringent wastewater phosphorus limit. When complete, the new clarifier (pictured) will allow for more effective treatment performance and solids settling. The City was fortunate to receive a low-interest Clean Water Fund loan through WI DNR that included substantial Principal Forgiveness (grant).
