The project includes a conventional storm sewer system discharging to a 1,700 foot long open channel and a 1.8 acre wet storm water detention pond serving as a lake in the local city park. The lake outfall is a 60 inch diameter concrete pipe. The system serves a 160 lot residential subdivision in a 235 acre watershed.
